Refund & Shipping Policy

REFUND POLICY:

No refunds will be given for change of mind after product is shipped.  

Most of our products are handmade/hand sewn and are double checked prior to shipping.  If you received a faulty product, please email malaguku143@yahoo.com within 14 days of purchase so we can discuss a resolution.  If truly a faulty product not caused through the mail enroute to the customer or other causes, a refund may be given.  

I always take a photo of the package before I send out.  I will be happy to send you a photo of the package if requested.

NO refunds on lost or delayed mail.

SHIPPING POLICY: 

Most of our products are handmade/hand sewn.  I do have minimal items already made; however, most often, I make and ship the orders placed within 3-5 days of when the order was made.  This could also take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the order demand.  Please allow up to 3 weeks for your products to be shipped.  Needless to say, I will try my best to ship them ASAP.  

NOTE:  Scrapbooks Hawaii/Malagu Ku LLC is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail.  Please ensure tracking and insurance is purchased so you can track your delivery and be insured for damaged or lost mail.

Please ensure address is correct upon checkout.  Please email me at malaguku143@yahoo.com as soon as possible if you wish to change your address.  Unfortunately, if the package is already shipped, I will not be able to change the address.

Business days do not include public holidays or weekends.
