Shipping policy

Most of our products are handmade/hand sewn.  I post only the number of products I have on hand/done on the website to ensure that you'll have them ready for you and ship ASAP.  If an item you want is out of stock, please email me ASAP so I can replenish the item for you.  This could also take 2-5 days depending on the order demand.  

NOTE:  Scrapbooks Hawaii/Malagu Ku LLC is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail.  Please ensure tracking and insurance is purchased so you can track your delivery and be insured for damaged or lost mail.

Please ensure address is correct upon checkout.  Please email me at malaguku143@yahoo.com as soon as possible if you wish to change your address.  Unfortunately, if the package is already shipped, I will not be able to change the address.

Business days do not include public holidays or weekends.
